The Business Administration team decided to take one of the busiest places in Hong Kong: the Timesquare shopping mall in Causeway Bay. The wanted to design a lesson where the objective for students is to design a marketing campaign using virtual information. They decided to set up a system where based on different time-slots shop-owners would get virtual mobile add space enabling them to attract customers. Shop-owners would be able to target their customers at specific locations at specific times of the day and week. It was up to the students to research how a model like this would work for both seller and customer.
